After about 1 month, Right way heating and cooling did a follow up service call free of charge to make sure there were no issues with the new furnace they installed.. A service tech named John looked over the new thermostat, out door heat pump and new indoor air mover. Made sure it was all operating correctly. And I had several questions that he took the time to answer. Was friendly and respectful of my property. Right way heating and cooling. Is the Right way to go.. thank you.

Right Way just finished up our AC install and we couldn't be happier! From the very beginning when Blake and Mike (the new guy) came out to do a service call, Noah that did the estimate, to Benjamin and Josh that did the install, EVERYONE was so professional, knowledgeable and courteous, it was a true pleasure doing business with Right Way and we would 100% recommend them! I am very satisfied with the service I received. From Gabby to the final installation with Brandin and Matt. There were 2 others here too can't remember their names. I would highly recommend Rightway.

Although quick to respond when others would not, the tech informed us the a/c capacitor was bad and he had one to replace at around $340 plus labor. Since I was stuck on a 94 degree day, I okayed it, but checked online and found almost all capacitors under $50. Total charge was $444 and I feel railroaded, I will be reporting them to the BBB and any one else I can think of. Follow up with 2 other companies and they confirmed this service call should not have exceeded $250, and that included weekend service and diagnostics. Pl... read more
