I signed on with RightWay Elevator in 2018 to manage 6 elevators across multiple buildings. At the time, the company was veteran-owned, and the service was honest, responsive, and reliable. Unfortunately, things changed drastically after they were bought out over a year ago. Since the acquisition, I’ve experienced nothing but delays, poor communication, and frustrating excuses. STAY AWAY!!! This company cannot fix simple maintenance work and they just refer you to a different company. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else!
Never seen in my entire life anything as bad as this company, stay away they have no idea what they are doing broke my elevator and could not even fix it back I had to hire another company to fix it and it cost me $4600.00
