The company I work for recently purchased a utility trailer and we were very pleased with Scott and Jessica in the sales department. They were both very courteous and helpful and made getting a long distance sale processed and delivered very smooth. Our unit was delivered by Hugh, a really nice guy, even after I had to have him back out of our yard and the back the trailer into a tight spot. He did the job beautifully! They LIED to me. i called to confirm availability of stock #22082 an 8.5 x 28 foot used trailer and they confirmed availability. After driving 5 hours from Miami to Lakeland, I was greeted by a young sales lady which couldn't find said trailer in stock. She asked the other salesman but no one answered or made eye contact with me or her. She then quickly assured me that she could show me the new trailers they had.
