not professional at all, my husband had the door kicked in on him in the middle of giving a sample and the male staff asked him to show his genitals. WEe are pursuing legal action against this company.
I did a follicle test here and he cut my hair on the top so it's very noticeable and was laughing about it the whole time!!! Very very rude people! Will not be going back here and will be spreading the word!
I have been here 3 times. Each time they were rude towards me and this previous time I was 1 to 2 minutes late I live almost 30 miles away they ignore the phone and lock the door at exactly 430. Even when I called before hand. Just each time was very inconvenient for me and I felt judged.
