overall, just bad service for the price. Id go with CBM or Brightware. when my staff would call for help they would hear the it person get yelled at and talked down to for asking for help.
Full disclosure: I work here, so yeah, five stars.
These people provide amazing IT service. I would not be able to do my job without their help. Because of them, everyone at work thinks I'm some sort of genius when in reality I just have a team of highly skilled professionals that I can email to solve a wide range of problems. I hope they all get raises.
