A rip-off cancellation policy I cancelled my membership at Right Stuff because I moved to another city where there was no Right Stuff. Then I found out the cancellation policy of Right Stuff was quite a rip-off. I still had to pay for the membership for 30 days after I cancelled the membership. After the 30 days, then they applied the prepaid last month's due. It means that if you cancel your membership in March, you still get charged for April, and then your prepaid last due will be applied to May. Why dont they just apply ... read more
gross bathrooms I was a member of Right Stuff for about seven years. I finally canceled my membership because I was tired of the bathrooms always being a mess. The locker room is way too small. The shower stalls are dirty and one shower head was broken for 6 months. The membership is cheap, but I would rather pay the extra money and go to a nicer gym.
handy health club I keep my inexpensive membership going because I know I can always pop in and get a good work out. The gym can be crowded, but if I'm looking for a little cardio or some weight lifting - this is convenient. Its a good value for the money. PROS: conventient, inexpensive CONS:
I went in to check it out I went in to check it out and it was a mess. Dirty all over and broken equipment. Not a place where I would go to work out. Did I mentioned it had a strange smell?
