Extremely rude staff, second time husband thought he would give another chance. We’re local but won’t mind traveling across the river to get our needs meet. And yes after the first rude encounter we went to IN and purchased new RV.
RecommendedThis is my 2nd Camper I have purchaed from Kim & Bob.. Bob has always been an upfront guy to me and helped me with my sell options with my new purchase. 2017 Puma 31-DBTS to now 2020 Puma 29-RKIS.. I hate not having the human interaction as prior Covid but all was handled sanitary and safe feeling. I hate i did not get the name of the man that helped me go through my RV because he was GREAT.. They flat out told me they wouldn't do warranty repair unless it was purchased from them. I contacted Forest River and they know about this issue and on the corporate level trying to get it changed.
