I have had a UTI before, so when I was experiencing similar symptoms last week, I knew I needed to go to urgent care. The staff was nice and quick to see me and prescribed me antibiotics to treat my symptoms. Before I left, they told me that my urine will be sent for a culture test, and they will call me after the results to see if I need to change antibiotics that will better address the certain bacteria that is in my urine. Not friendly at all, the office staff sucks and doesn’t pay attention to the patient. You will be here all day. No sense of urgency
