If I could give lower then 1 star I would. 1 hot water tank for two apartments, neighbors who make you miserable breaking into your apartment and cars, pounding and screaming, loud music just to disturb you on purpose. Right realty does nothing about it!!! Ceilings starting to fall through, porch steps breaking and a fight with others visitors to park in your own spot. Horrible place that gives you pdsd and not safe in your own apartment!!!
He promises to do everything. Even has you place it on paper. Then takes months to get to it. Or ignores it all together. Please rent from someone else!!!!
Do not rent through Right Realty unless you d prefer someone who will take their sweet time to repair the issues you present to them. AC out? Need it fixed? Prepare to wait 6-7 months after calling 1-2 times every week. Water leak? Destroying carpet and walls? Prepare for the repair of the pipes to take a few weeks to a month. Cable line is corroded? Can t get good cable/internet/phone connection? It s not going to get replaced. Just have Suddenlink/Cas Cable figure something out. Like place the internet in one bedroom. Take... read more
Seemed like a nice man to me.Did everything in a timely fashion and the apartments were nice and clean.
