Wish I would have read all reviews before contacting Kyle! Fist call was great came over in 30 min to jump start vehicle $130 for 15 min ouch! Kyle said I had a 30 day guarantee call back if I needed help again. Van went dead again so I called for Kyle to come troubleshoot the problem. I needed both rear coil struts on my vehicle done before this sat for a business trip to Vegas. I contacted 4 different mobile mechanics and Kyle gave me a quote right off bat and a possible time of ltr that same day or 1st thing in the AM. This is a Con artist pretending to be a Mechanic that have No tools, No experience, No license and Uninsured , stay away from him, he is a rip off and have No knowledge of German cars let along to be a mechanic, He claims he is ASE but couldn't provide his credentials and will not say his name, he looked lost and didn.t know what to look for, and he pretend to use a scanner which he never showed me but yet he wanna charge me $120 for doing nothing.He held on my keys which was illegal in AZ.
