Sloppy work sums it up. He repaired my sewer line both in basement and out in the yard. The clean outs he put in the yard don’t line up, and he did a poor job backfilling the dirt he excavated. Inside he did a terrible job repairing the concrete floor after he was done and had to be called back. He slopped concrete all over the place, it’s uneven, and full of cracks. Everything works (so far) but I’m wouldn’t use him again due to the sloppiness of the work.

William arrived exactly on time, spent 15 minutes respectfully listening to what I wanted done, and then got to work installing a water heater as well as a kitchen sink faucet (I purchased both items at Lowe's before he arrived). His workmanship was perfect. He even installed flooring under my water heater which was sagging from a previous leak. First time I called, they were 45 minutes late. The second instance I requested their services, they called 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive, wondering if I still needed help with my issue. We rescheduled for the next day, and they called (before the appointment, this time!) to notify my that they were out plowing roads, which they do for a secondary source of income, and got a late start with that, so they would be another hour and a half late.
