NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO BUSINESS! I did get a call apologizing as appointment was booked on a weekend and apparently no entered into their system. But until this review was posted I had had no response to my messages from the day of the appointment. Think it was just an honest mistake.

Edit: he followed up with harassing repeated calls, beratements, some made up story about a deposit, and threats. Definitely going to be following up with a regulatory complaint. Just get someone BBB rated, they exist for this reason. I drive a specialty service vehicle, and down time is pretty expensive for it. So although his $375 for a partial service was pretty ridiculous, he says he can have it done the very next morning and everyone else is booked three days out so I accept.
