I had the misfortune of having TWO plumbing emergencies in the same week and after hours -8pm on a Monday and 5pm on a Saturday. The first was a garden tap where pipe snapped off at the join (rusted through), the other was new shower taps that were faulty and did not turn off. In both cases water was gushing out and I had to turn off at the mains. The first time I spent 45 minutes trying to find a 'so called' 24/7 emergency plumber. Matt was really good. He figured out where a tricky leak was. Explained where things were and was transparent with likely options and next steps as the extent of the problem was being uncovered. Then did the job well.
