HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our water heater went out Saturday afternoon and I didn’t know what to do about the horrible gas smell either. I sent a request for a quote on the website and received an auto reply stating someone would get ahold of us within 1-2 hours. I am so thankful for the service we received from Right Now! Tyler came, assessed our cracked fittings, and fixed them very quickly. He was very thorough in his explanations of what was needed, what he could do, and even offered to finish installing the faucet for me. Then, upon payment, we got a military discount. Upon their arrival, they promptly assessed the situation following a loud noise I had heard. Within a few days, a new on-demand hot water system was installed. Their team includes electricians, which significantly expedited the process. They efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new one in a single day.
