HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our water heater went out Saturday afternoon and I didn’t know what to do about the horrible gas smell either. I sent a request for a quote on the website and received an auto reply stating someone would get ahold of us within 1-2 hours. Tyler called and explained the smell and put me at ease about that, he built an estimate within 20 minutes of a phone call and sent it over ASAP. He walked me through all of the payment options and explained everything perfectly. He was on call and at home with his famil... read more

Brett and Ivan were fantastic! They came out same day and replaced my 50 gallon water heater. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. I'll definitely use this company again!

We had a great experience with Right Now Plumbing and Heating when they came out to Dancing Goat Gardens to help us with some water issues. They were prompt, thorough, and very reasonably priced. I especially appreciated that they took the time to call me directly and give me a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, along with a clear breakdown of the quote. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the whole process was easy and professional. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any futur... read more

I am so thankful for the service we received from Right Now! Tyler came, assessed our cracked fittings, and fixed them very quickly. He was very thorough in his explanations of what was needed, what he could do, and even offered to finish installing the faucet for me. Then, upon payment, we got a military discount. I will call Right Now Plumbing and Heating for my future repairs! Thank you, Tyler, for being awesome!

Upon their arrival, they promptly assessed the situation following a loud noise I had heard. Within a few days, a new on-demand hot water system was installed. Their team includes electricians, which significantly expedited the process. They efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new one in a single day. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing requirements.
