Dude worked efficiently and didn’t try to upsell any crap.
Called and asked for a diagnosis on my ac unit. They sent a technician out, he called me and told me he will begin the diagnosis. I told him I am working and if I don’t answer I will call back shortly. He called, I missed the call. I called him back around 8 minutes later. He didn’t answer. I tried calling back multiple times with no answer. Around 45 minutes later he called me back saying he fixed the capacitor.
