Went into the office to request a quote and they sent somebody out that couldn't give me a quote so they sent a second guy out to give me the quote. When the installers arrived, one of them was going to do work that wasn't in the scope of the bid due to not being informed by their office. I got them straightened out and when they got done I was satisfied with their work.
