Fantastic service. I expected to have to replace a major part of the system and he fixed it during his first visit. What a relief! I’m so glad to have finally found a solar company that I can rely on.
Brian did excellent work. I had a scent diffuser installed and HVAC preventative maintenance. Brian contributed to the smooth operation of my heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
109 degrees and our 4 yr old air conditioner went out. RNA&S were very helpful in getting us a temporary room unit while they found a new motor. Cynthia (?) was very compassionate in our situation and Jennifer kept us informed. But it was Brian who was our hero. In 105 degrees, he was on our roof installing the new motor. UPDATE: On May 24, 2025, Right Now Air completed a "tune up with cleanings) (See below). It was discovered the first time using my air conditioner, there was warm air being drawn into my home, but no cooling. On August 8, 2025, Right Now Air returned and informed that I had no refrigerant/freon in my system, and that I needed a new system. Thank goodness for these guys. Our solar company went out of business and our inverter went bad. Had a new one ordered from SolarEdge directly and Right Now Air & Solar installed it. They also did a full check of our system and fixed a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend this company. Fast, efficient, professional, and courteous employees. Glad we found them!! Now I am not worried if any other issues pop up because I know who I'm calling!!
