My overall experience with Right Move Storage is very negative, but the region manager called me and heard my complaints. She explained company policy as it relates to my complaints, and we found a glitch in their communication systems that she promised to address. She apologized for the negative experiences. Needed a couple of storage units. The manager took care of it immediately. The facility is secure and I have no worries keeping my belongings there
Everything is smooth. I really like that I was able to get 2 units next to each other.
Worst management. They never answer their phones. The gate code was changed, and I was never notified. Therefore, I couldn’t access my storage after driving 75 miles!!!
