Having a great experience today!! I was late on my payment and miscommunicated the time I was supposed to meet to make a payment.. I can't believe she turned around just to come back so I didn't lose all my belongings!! She went out of her way.. Most people wouldn't have even answered back..!!.. Awesome Service!!
Excellent service, friendly
The three previous owners were great but this corporation that bought them last is the worst. Raising the rent sky high. The website is the worst use, they make it very difficult to even make a payment. My opinion is, if you are looking for a storage unit DON'T USE THIS ONE.
