We had to unforantely my Fiancé and I had to terminate our lease before we moved in... we gave notice and were told we had to pay a fine of $500.00 then to find out later that fine was the first months rent... now we’re told we owe more money if a replacement is not found ASAP. We find this ridiculous and unfair. I will never recommend renting or owning from this management company to anyone

These approved applicants decided to back out of the lease agreement, after it was signed and before it actually started. Our lease agreement is very specific and outlines the penalties for doing so and we cited these sections after they provided notice to us. We're enforcing the lease terms, just as we would with any party that terminates a lease agreement.
