Yeeeaahh...the owner doesn't give good instructions nor comprehension and I never been to his store before. He was a customer of mine where I worked at and wanted something done, however didn't even take notice of what I was offering him, he began agreeing. It wasn't until last minute that he "noticed" that I was doing something wrong. He then blamed me for his lousy instructions, getting loud. I have been waiting for him to get a keyboard and It has been a week since he said he ordered it and I have not got it back yet I will and would not recommmed this place to a dea cat or dog The shop looks like a pigpen and he does not know how to treat his coustmers
DO NOT GO HERE. HE IS JUST AFTER THE MONEY – DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANY KIND OF REPAIR. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEN WHEN YOU CONFRONT HIM HE WILL SAY IT IS NOT HIS FAULT. ALL HE IS AFTER IS THE MONEY. IF YOU WANT PROBLEMS GO HERE. IF YOU WANT TO GET YOU COMPUTER FIXED GO TO MILWAUKEE PC.
Top Notch & Trustworthy – The owner Wally was helpful and patient. The prices were affordable and the viruses were removed completely without loosing my important pictures. I like to support local small businesses and my experience was exactly what I would expect from a small shop like this one. I have recommended this place to my coworker and my sister and they are both very pleased.
Not qualified to repair etcha-sketches – IAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Shop looked like a junkyard complete with a urine soaked dog bed in the waiting area. Owner "Wally" was rude and self righteous, he even tried to BS me on some issues. I will tell everyone I know this guy is a shyster.
buyer beware – I wouldn't use this shop again. Repairs not dont, and software that was requested was not returned. Including the cost paid here ($100), the lost software ($60), and the cost of paying another shop($60), this was an expensive lesson.
