Extremely positive experience with Right Choice start to finish processing my insurance roof claim. They knew how to present and build out the damage claim. Wyatt was both respectful and respected while interacting with the insurance adjuster. They have a very transparent easy to understand contract process. Mike was our crew leader. 2 days in a row of solicitation after expressing I wasn’t interested. Both times they came knocking so loudly during nap time. Right choice was great to work with. Dominick was the sales rep who was great. They went above and beyond and worked with me along the way. As a contractor myself, I inspected progress, and it appears everything was properly installed to industry standard, ensuring the warranty is valid

An excellent business staff. From the sales staff of Jacob, Brittany & Jeffery, who did all the work with my insurance company, Taylor the site supervisor, who kept me informed on what was happening around the site & then to Juan and his roofing crew of the hardest working men I have ever seen. On Friday & Saturday June 20 & 21 2025 in 85 plus degree heat, Juan & his crew removed and replaced 8500 Square feet of shingles on my 128 x 44-foot Gambrel roof shed. Juan & his crew are highly experienced roofers, and their work is ... read more
