An excellent business staff. From the sales staff of Jacob, Brittany & Jeffery, who did all the work with my insurance company, Taylor the site supervisor, who kept me informed on what was happening around the site & then to Juan and his roofing crew of the hardest working men I have ever seen. my roof was damaged by a hail storm., i called right choice improvements to take a look at it. carlos came out and inspected my roof, set up all the insurance paper work and followed up on all my needs. once it was time to get the actual roof, taylor came out and explained exactly what was going to take place. i now have a new roof. great customer service, i would recommend right choice improvements 100% to anyone. jeff russ
Dominick from Right Choice Improvement took initiative, walked us through every step of the process, and was very responsive. He made sure that we were pleased with the work and the result, and he answered every question we had along the way.
Right choice was great to work with. Dominick was the sales rep who was great. They went above and beyond and worked with me along the way. They worked with my insurance company to help keep everything moving along. I’m about seven months into a new roof with no issues and no complaints. As a contractor myself, I inspected progress, and it appears everything was properly installed to industry standard, ensuring the warranty is valid
