I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with the quality, professionalism and overall experience that we received from this company. An excellent business staff. From the sales staff of Jacob, Brittany & Jeffery, who did all the work with my insurance company, Taylor the site supervisor, who kept me informed on what was happening around the site & then to Juan and his roofing crew of the hardest working men I have ever seen. my roof was damaged by a hail storm., i called right choice improvements to take a look at it. carlos came out and inspected my roof, set up all the insurance paper work and followed up on all my needs. once it was time to get the actual roof, taylor came out and explained exactly what was going to take place. i now have a new roof. great customer service, i would recommend right choice improvements 100% to anyone. jeff russ
