Very bad experience! They provided an estimation of 6.5 hour work for 4 bathrooms and kitchen deep cleaning. A lady spent 2.5 hours on single bathroom and on the next 2.5 hours she cleaned rest 3 washrooms. Was tired and left without cleaning kitchen area. The service was poor. They charged for 6.5 hours even for 5 hours service. Had to contact them for refund for rest 1.5 hours. I recently had Right Choice Cleaners clean my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They did an amazing job from top to bottom. Everything was spotless, fresh, and sparkling clean when they were finished. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. UPDATED REVIEW (June 2026): After I posted my original review, Dmitry reached out promptly and offered to either provide a refund or send someone back to address the issues. I appreciated that they took the feedback seriously and were willing to work toward a resolution rather than dismissing my concerns. I chose to have the cleaning redone, and the second cleaner did a much more thorough job. The quality of work was significantly better than my original experience. 5 Stars for Lizzy who was on time and cleaned my place for a move out inspection; she was very thorough and did a great job 🙂 I am reducing stars for the carpet cleaner however, who told me they were going to be late but took even longer than what I was told, two times causing me to rearrange my day waiting... this said - he did a pretty good job once he did show up. I do believe they should of offered a discount, since he didn't have to do my 2 bedrooms, just this area. So, also: a bit pricey.
