Richard was extremely thorough and careful during the air duct cleaning service. He took apart sections of the dryer vent to clear out a large amount of lint buildup. Richard made sure to remove his shoes when working in the upstairs area, which I appreciated. Both he and his coworker were polite, friendly, and wore masks the whole time. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning services to anyone in Dallas.
