Entire Week June 9th-15th no trash sevrice pick up in Gold Canyon East area. We all leave our cans out on both Tues and Fri for pickup. Many of us back in Gold Canyon areas are not happy. We have no text or emails from RAD / Waste Connections stating any changes occurring. We pay every Quarterly for your trash service and have been missed once again. Customer service by phone is NiLL ! Fix it or we will walk away to another service. Terrible website app to submit issues. Fix It !
The place is a dump but easy to work with
The lady I talked to was very courteous and helpful.
Unparalleled customer service. An honest mistake was made during a neighborhood bulk pick up and manger Mike Pettey went so far above and beyond to fix it I can't even belive it. There are not many managers like Mike left out there. Very appreciative. Thanks again.
