This dealer won't even respond to requests about the water pump they installed in may 2024 thatwas warrantied when it failed on nov 26th 2024. Sent texts to both John (the owner) & Adam (the sales person). I sent them the texts on the 26th. Its now almost 3 month. Still no response.

Keeper of their word. Over a year ago I bought a Kia, and being nervous was promised they will help.Its been well over a year and a half i bought the vehicle and have come across something. Example I got a discount because of sun roof wasn't working. Well I forgot, so I called and no issue asking for help. If you're hesitant or getting first car.
