EXCELLENT SERVICE! Same day service, kind, caring staff. Always on time. Used for over 2 years with my dad for respite for my mom, and used with her when she was ill. Received deposit back without even asking for it. Peace of mind that your parents will receive good care if you cannot be there.
THEY TALK A GOOD TALK AND THEY WILL TRY TO UP SELL YOU. THIER PEOPLE COME LATE , THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY'RE SUPOSE TO AND THEY LEAVE EARLY AND YOU GET STUCK FOR 59.95 PER DAY. THEY WONT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT EITHER . THEY'RE THE WORST.
Do not use Right at Home. Mr. Mark Terry is in this business for money and not the care of your disabled loved one no matter what they say. See BBB complaint. Mr. Terry canceled services to our deaf/blind autistic sons less than two hours before a caregiver was to come after a month of service without explanation and did not show at a meeting to explain said reason. To date I have no explanation as to why
