Right at home is a great employer to work with and a great in home care provider for those in need of services. I was hired on in a timely manner and they made the process very easy for me. They have a great HR team and great schedulers , that go above and beyond to ensure both the clients and caregivers are taken care of .
My father was admitted to at-home hospice; my adult daughter lives with him and is his primary caregiver. While my daughter is away from the house at school/work, Right at Home provides a CNA to assist so Dad is never alone. Right at Home has been excellent to work with from the very first meeting in my Dad's home. Gina Atkinson provided excellent service in completing the in-home assessment. This company and location is the worst. They over promise and under deliver. They will send staff to your time and not notify you they are coming! I have explained my needs many times to the staffing coordinator and requested a phone call from a manager to communicate my concerns. No one has Called me back. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
