My father was admitted to at-home hospice; my adult daughter lives with him and is his primary caregiver. While my daughter is away from the house at school/work, Right at Home provides a CNA to assist so Dad is never alone. This company and location is the worst. They over promise and under deliver. They will send staff to your time and not notify you they are coming! I have explained my needs many times to the staffing coordinator and requested a phone call from a manager to communicate my concerns. No one has Called me back. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I honestly do not know where to start. I have never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees. Peter, Jeramie, Joe, and Gina really do treat you as though you are family. I have seen them go to great lengths to ensure that every clients need is met and not only them but their caregivers as well. I really lucked out finding a home away from home with this company. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a helping hand with a family member!
