We love Santana. I think she’s relatively a new employee, but she cares about the job she does and is very thorough. She engages with both my husband and myself regarding our health and asks questions about our lives. She makes an effort to ask if there is anything else she could do before she leaves with a smile and has a wonderful calming energy. Our dogs love her too.

Very satisfied ,I have been with them for a few months now, they are nice to work with and always very helpful.
Well I went in for a timed appointment and when I asked how long it would be she had told me 3 hrs minimum, there was not one seat in the place, I have one leg so waiting was out of the question when told that it was supposed to be in home care I was told I agreed to go in when I didn't , being in extreme pain I wasn't waiting around and sorry but if your going to over book the people that are in extreme pain and hurting the last thing they want is a 3 hour wait
