Very satisfied ,I have been with them for a few months now, they are nice to work with and always very helpful.
Well I went in for a timed appointment and when I asked how long it would be she had told me 3 hrs minimum, there was not one seat in the place, I have one leg so waiting was out of the question when told that it was supposed to be in home care I was told I agreed to go in when I didn't , being in extreme pain I wasn't waiting around and sorry but if your going to over book the people that are in extreme pain and hurting the last thing they want is a 3 hour wait
Right at home Windsor has been an absolute lifesaver for my family. The caregivers are professionals; they're like family, providing personalized care and genuine companionship. I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind they've given us.
