I had a bad fall and needed help after my surgery. They sent someone directly to Windsor regional to help me with my discharge and transport back home. I am really happy with their service.

We had a very positive experience with Right at Home. We needed some extra support after my mom's surgery, we required help with exercises, showering, wound dressing, and physiotherapy. The PSW were professional and punctual, they were also very accommodating and were able to add extra visits when needed. Their care and flexibility made a difficult time much easier for our family. We would highly recommend their services.

We were able to get in contact with the team just in time, they were extremely helpful and made sure my family was comfortable. They worked with me and my dad to map out a plan and the entire team was friendly, helpful and is always available to answer any question we have.

We love Santana. I think she’s relatively a new employee, but she cares about the job she does and is very thorough. She engages with both my husband and myself regarding our health and asks questions about our lives. She makes an effort to ask if there is anything else she could do before she leaves with a smile and has a wonderful calming energy. Our dogs love her too.
