Our family has been very pleased with the services provided by Right At Home. The care manager, scheduling department, and individual care givers have all been conscientious and helpful, with great communication and willingness to adapt to our needs. Highly recommended.
We only used Right at Home on one occasion when we moved my 90 year old mother from one nursing home to another, but I was so impressed with their service. Yes, they were professional and easy to work with, but they actually really care. They took the time to find about my mother’s needs and to tailor their service to really meet them. Right At Home were able to set up in home supervision on short notice which was greatly appreciated. All of the visiting staff were friendly, helpful and open to suggestions as per our mother's wishes. Thanks for helping out when we were in the lurch.
Would highly recommend Right at Home, both PSW's and office staff did an excellent job, and gave us good advice when asked. I'm very thankful we had them to help us with my father.
