Through an unexpected and stressful event with my mom, is how I came upon Right at Home. Rhonda has been respectful, understanding and sensitive to our situation and to my mom's care. The PSWs that are caring for my mom are very sweet, extremely capable of providing for her needs and treat my mom with dignity. My mom is very happy with the care that she is getting and I am feeling relief. From phone calls, paperwork and scheduling, it has all been handled in a very professional manner. I am very impressed with Right at Home.
The care that was organized for my mother in her final days by Rhonda E, Care Coordinator, of RAH was second to none. The PSW's were nice, friendly, helpful and efficient. They worked both at my mother's assisted living facility and at the hospital. Days and overnights. It made a significant difference to us to have the assistance of RAH. Highly recommended.
Right at Home Cambridge has been incredible to work with! They supported us after my mom's surgery and have been so amazing to work with. Communication with them is extremely easy, and we were set-up with services right away. Rhonda, the care planner personally came out to discuss services and introduce us to the staff.
