Very positive, caring, definitely engaged with my Dad, found ways to make him happy
I had occasion to use Right at Home after a prostate operation in the Fall of 2025. Everyone at Right at Home was kind, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and on time. The PSW, assigned to me by Rhonda was Maxine and she was excellent. She came twice a day and changed the catheter bags I had to use for a week after my operation. If necessary I would certainly use Right at Home again and would recommend their service to anyone who needs either a nurse or a PSW.

My mother was not adjusting well to being moved to a LTC home. We enlisted the services of Right at Home Cambridge to provide companion care. They made a great effort in pairing our mom with a caregiver with similar likes and background. Our mother felt comfortable with her right away. She assisted in getting our mother to activities in the home, that she would otherwise not have been taken to or went on her own. It was also a great relief to the family to know that someone was with our mother when we could not be with her.
What a blessing! Right at Home Homecare Cambridge provided excellent care for our father while he recouperated from an illness at his home.
