Hi All As a community member, I’m leaving this review because I was so very impressed with the kindness and manner of a carer, that I just watched whilst attending the Drs with my daughter. This young lady (Anastasia- I know because I asked), gently and carefully assisted her patient across a very busy car park, and then ensured she safely accessed the vehicle. An extraordinary display of patience and kindness. This young lass was polite and very well spoken. I did tell how her very impressed I was.
This company is the only one we have ever been with so I really don't know about others. BUT these guys are always supportive, caring and really listen to what we need. They answer our odd questions and requests happily and we feel that constantly they are always there behind us to help us out. Their workers have the same mindset and only once have we had to say "please don't send that person again".
