Can’t say enough good about the team with Right at Home, my Mum fell and broke her arm and after staying at a respite for five weeks she still needed support. Within a day of talking to them they had everything set up for her and a PSW came to help her shower. The PSWs were kind helpful empathetic and just the best at a time when my mum was adjusting to a different life. I had a very good experience with the PSWs from Right at Home. My autistic son had never entered a medical clinic before, but with the help of the PSWs yesterday, he went inside and waited for one and a half hours. Their support made a big difference for us. I am very thankful to Right at Home for sending such helpful and caring PSWs.
Nurse Next Door has made such a positive impact on my mom’s life. She’s always been very independent but was struggling with daily tasks after a fall. Her caregiver is wonderful — she helps with light cleaning, meals, and even takes Mom to her hair appointments and favourite park. It’s the personal touches that really matter. Now my mom feels cared for but still independent. We’re truly grateful for the peace of mind this service brings to our family.
