Jimmy is awesome. He's been very trustworthy, which is really important to my parents and is genuinely attentive to the people that he serves. He is empathetic, and also comes across as a "seasoned pro" who's been in the business and knows what he's doing. This makes it easy to work with him, and reassuring since some elder care stuff can be complex when working with insurance and the gov't and such. I'd definitely recommend Jimmy and RaH to anybody who needs elder care support.
