Good communication, caring staff to provide direct care
We finally landed at RAH. RAH is our third agency (yes, 3rd) and apparently, the third time is a charm. Responsiveness and going above and beyond are hallmarks of RAH. Finding good care/caregivers is an arduous endeavor. Susan and her team are gems.
Right from the first phone call! Susan was a pleasure. She explained all, introduced me to all. The staff is amazing. The aides are now family. Make the call. 📞
Right At Home met all my needs for the in home care of my mom. Everyone was personable, friendly, and most importantly, professional and knowledgable. The aide that directly worked with my mom was excellent. Whatever your needs and the needs of your patient are, I highly recommend using Right At Home!!
