My loved one received consistent, quality, daily care from the Right at Home staff and I am grateful for their caring interactions with my aunt. Their online family portal was incredibly helpful to communicate at odd hours, send updates, and relay messages. Highly recommend Right at Home if you need kind and attentive in home support for a loved one.
The worst home health agency I've ever seen. Owner is off the rails. I came in to ask a question about services. I walked in to her screaming at the top of her lungs at our care manager, a tall blonde woman and a thin brunette. I had a lot of qualms about posting a review. I was on the fence for a while. Since my family member found a better care company, I believe people should know what kind of company Patty runs. My experience with this company was horrible. I had them a total of 3 weeks but there were open shifts so my care was unpredictable. My services were terminated abruptly with the assumption I was committing fraud. Right at home was fully aware of my other home care provider. They came to my home providing care for that day and said they would not be returning. I asked several questions as I was confused to what was going on.
