I had been my husband’s caregiver but after my fall and subsequent pelvic surgery, we needed help. We learned about Right at Home and signed up! We were very pleased with their care. They gave 24/7 care at first but when I was a bit more mobile, we moved to daytime care. My husband and I both needed assistance with most of the normal house chores, daily medications, and some transportation to medical appointments. I also needed help with hygiene and dressing. We currently have 7x24 care from the Right at Home office in Visalia. The care team has been just wonderful. Prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Management accompanied each care taker as they started in our home, with introductions, brief work history and also checking in to see if we needed anything. Our Right at Home team has worked and coordinated well with our Hospice team. Very pleased with the care that has been provided.
I’m so grateful for the care and support this team provided for my family. From day one, their caretakers were kind, professional, and truly made a difference in my loved one’s daily life. They helped with mobility, daily tasks, and most importantly, provided companionship and comfort. Knowing that our family member was in such good hands gave us peace of mind and much-needed relief.
