My husband was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease caused by Agent Orange. He is being treated by the VA. It was suggested to me to secure a VA Social Worker to help coordinate his care as this disease progresses. They also suggested respite care. At first I was hesitant. Right at Home has been providing in home caregivers for my Mom since her knee injury September 1, 2025 and we have been so happy with the kind and trustworthy people who have been with my Mom. The agency has stepped up quickly to provide the help we need to allow Mom to stay independent in her apartment.
I worked at Right at Home for almost 4 months before my injury happened. I loved working there. The office staff is attentive, and they appreciate their employees by giving the gift cards, and goody bags. They are supportive with the clients. The continuous training was always provided.
Cierra has truly changed my quality of life, helping me through many tasks, organizing me (sorely needed, due to TBI), running me on errands, playing yahtzee. She is a joy.
