As I was trying to parent my children, the nurse that had come out to sit with my father-in-law interrupted me parenting my kids, and was being very rude telling me to be quiet and valued her job over mine. Nurses needs to realize that they are at someone's home and they can't just walk in trying to control what goes on in that person's home. The administrator who scheduled sitters was excellent, even on short notice and with communication outside business hours. The actual sitters were hit-or-miss. One seemed to be a good person who genuinely cared about the welfare of my dad. One was bad, leaving my father lying in his own feces at least once. I get it---poop duty is unpleasant, especially for someone you don't love.
