I needed to find a surgery transport service for an upcoming procedure. I found Right at Home located in Rockwall and checked out their reviews then made contact with Mark after using the online chat service to discuss my needs. I am so pleased with their service and care. Despite the surgery center changing the surgery time twice, Mark kept up with the changes with no issues and accomodated each change, even the last minute ones. My mother is wheelchair bound. I recently needed transportation to get her to her doctor’s appointment. Fortunately, I discovered and contacted Right at Home in Rockwall. I spoke with Mark and he was very helpful and understanding. Christian was the driver assigned to us. She was a very good driver with a warm personality. Mom and I both connected with her immediately. We are very fortunate these services from Right at Home are available to us here in Rockwall.
Our family had the privilege to meet Naima from Right at Home during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Our 90-year-old loved one was in the hospital with her second hip surgery in 5 months and could not be left alone in the room. My wife had a spinal cord inquiry and subsequent surgery. She is confined to a wheelchair while she is going through rehab to work on walking again. We are using Right at Home’s transportation service to take her to her multiple doctor appointments. Their drivers are courteous, friendly, and understanding of her needs. This service is exceptional and took a lot of stress off the family as we focus on my wife’s needs. If we can help it, we do not use anyone else.
They have been an excellent resource for helping my parents with transportation for my wheelchair bound mother. They are always flexible, responsive, Christian is amazing and always a joy when she drives us and they are always helpful. I would highly recommend.
