Two main reasons: 1. Our aide Kathy is just wonderful and extremely diligent. 2. RAH, responds immediately to emails and phone calls. Thank you RAH. Btw, we are continuing to use Kathy even though my wife is fully recovered because she makes our lives much easier.
Enrie ,and the team at Right at Home in Riverdale, is the most caring and professional person I have met in this complicated maze of needing home aides for my mother (now 97) . I am grateful for all her help, she is available any time of day, and is immediately responsive. Thank you.
We needed care for our elder in two situations — first time we needed a one-on-one while she was in a rehab/nursing home and then we needed an aide to take care of her at home. Right At Home has been our most positive experience in healthcare. A wonderful combination of personal attention and professional action. Enrie asked what our needs were and she made sure they were met. And the aides who took care of our elder were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, kind.
Unprofessional aides LAZY and Tardy wouldn’t recommend this agency to no one !!!
