Update: July 31, 2026; My Mom received an email from Right at Home that this location is shutting down operations at the end of August 2026. She isn't happy about this situation as she just started the service in May 2026. This is her 3rd company. Apparently, there are other franchise locations that may pick her up. This Medicaid situation Trump is doing is hurting Seniors that need this service! My Mom pays out of pocket for her caregiver, but many Seniors on Medicaid aren't as lucky to have the $$$ to pay for services. Unf... read more
Right at Home has been the biggest blessing for my 91 year old mother. They have been able to keep my mother independent and in her home! Lucas, the owner, has been available immediately for every need we’ve had! My mother was given a regular person and Lucas made sure she was the perfect match for my mother. The few times we had to have someone else sent for an emergency, the people Lucas sent were absolutely wonderful! I have the ultimate trust in Lucas and the peace of mind I have is a God send!
Okay, now we have a few months into the service that my Mom has had with Right at Home. Will give my opinion on the company and it's service. Little history here for context. My Mom had one service provider for 3 years, but it had to change it's business model due to their insurance carrier increasing rates too high to provide transportation service for clients. We have been extremely happy with the service we have gotten at Right at Home. Lorenza, my mother’s caregiver has been great! She’s always been on time, they have great conversations and she is very watchful with my mom.
