This is our third experience paying for home support, and it is BY FAR THE WORST. Let's start with the biggest problem - #1 Complaint: THEY BOUGHT MY MOTHER ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES - EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS SOBER FOR 7 MONTHS AND HAS END-STAGE COPD. And after I complained, they continued to let this person care for my mother (probably because of complaint #2).
