I started using right at home for my Mother who suffers from Dementia. Kreisler, Naomi, and caregiver Aesha have been beneficial to my Mom’s care and a great relief for me. They are so compassionate and professional…. I highly recommend their service!!!
I called in a panic over a weekend and the owner of Right at Home picked up. I realized that dad's dementia progressed rapidly, and he had a bad fall a day ago, but was being discharged from the hospital in the next few days! I needed help asap for dad. Luckily, the owner met my dad and me at the hospital within 24 hours to assess the situation and a caregiver was ready to receive my dad the day he got out. The staff has been great since, crisis averted, and no burnout as the family caregiver.
There were a couple of issues with the first caregiver, but the agency handled it professionally and found us someone who’s been a great fit. Overall, a good experience.
Finding quality care for my aging father-in-law was super daunting. As a veteran, he was eligible for service benefits, but we had no idea how to navigate the system. Chrysler from Right at Home was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and helped maximize my father-in-law’s benefits by helping him get qualified for the VA homemaker program. It's always difficult to find someone you can fully trust to care for a loved one, but Kreisler, the owner, put our minds at ease from the get-go. Also, he was patient and understanding when we had scheduling conflicts, and went out of his way yo accommodate us. We never felt like just another number.
