When they would cover my shifts, the caregivers did a excellent job of attending to my needs. So I am disappointed with Right at Home of not making sure that my shifts were covered.
I chose Right at Home to provide care for my dad because I had some clients who spoke highly of their services. They hit the jackpot with the employee (Marchelle) who does outreach and the initial intake/enrollment. She is a wealth of knowledge, kind, and very patient. I really needed and appreciated her patience in getting services set up! It’s not easy to hand over care of a loved one to strangers but my apprehension quickly disappeared after the first day.
