I chose Right at Home to provide care for my dad because I had some clients who spoke highly of their services. They hit the jackpot with the employee (Marchelle) who does outreach and the initial intake/enrollment. She is a wealth of knowledge, kind, and very patient. What a wonderful Company. They are always making sure their clients needs are met and that the families understand the process.
This is an amazing company. I worked with them to be able to let a patient return home. They were able to get him scheduled with personal to assist this patient. They were tentative to their needs and when conditions medically weren’t safe to remain home they called ambulance to be evaluated at ER. They are great, affordable. I would use them for my mother and in laws when they reach a time when they are not safe to be at home alone. Their intake process is very thorough and effective to make sure all needs are met.
