I have left 3 messages and emailed the owner and no one has gotten back to me. The first aide was a no call, no show and the second aide cancelled the morning of her scheduled time. I have a camera in the house and noticed the aide helping herself to pantry items where my loved one couldn't see her. She also drank a Boost and had an apple while at my home. My loved one may have offered her those things, but I was told by the office manager that the aide would bring her own beverages and food. Very dissatisfied with this comp... read more
