Back in January, I met with a very nice woman named Mary who, as a case manager, came to my home to explain how their services worked and what my options were. I signed up for services to begin in a week. Unfortunately, the patient passed away the day before the caregiver was to come. Right at Home is a great Care Giving agency. The office staff are great to work with, and the Care Givers are very professional. This agency is far, far superior to the previous company (Home Instead) that I had worked with for the previous 8 months.
I cannot say enough good things about Tammy at Right at Home Spring Hill. She has been an absolute lifesaver in helping me navigate the process of placing my uncle into assisted living. From start to finish, Tammy provided expert guidance, patience, and genuine care, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Some caregivers are very good , while others do as little as possible. Have asked multiple times for the caregiver my husband responds to favorably but scheduling personelle keep sending others even though my husband doesn't shower or eat for them. My feeling is that they really don't care about what is best for him or about his mental health.
Excellent care, reliable, loving individuals. Couldn’t ask for a better system.
