Back in January, I met with a very nice woman named Mary who, as a case manager, came to my home to explain how their services worked and what my options were. I signed up for services to begin in a week. Unfortunately, the patient passed away the day before the caregiver was to come. Right at Home is a great Care Giving agency. The office staff are great to work with, and the Care Givers are very professional. This agency is far, far superior to the previous company (Home Instead) that I had worked with for the previous 8 months.
I cannot say enough good things about Tammy at Right at Home Spring Hill. She has been an absolute lifesaver in helping me navigate the process of placing my uncle into assisted living.
