Right at Home was great as I was working for the clients I was given. I loved the people i worked for and done my best. The biggest issue I had was the Beckley office front desk lady. She was nice in the beginning until she became too comfortable and was flat out rude. I became pregnant and in my opinion it got worse from there, and was placed in homes i definitely shouldn’t have been in and the front desk lady did not respect it at all, and almost belittled my end decision. Beckley office is horrible runs however the operations manager feels. If she likes you shes helpful but do something she doesn't like, and she'll make you drive 20 miles to get gloves for your total care client weekly. You have to weekly turn in paperwork no emailing it in

One of your caregiver is a gentle kind soul. Wanted to know how to sign up for the company she took the time to help me and even helped me feel it out . I want a caregiver just like her Doria Arnold she's a delight. Ask if I can request her but she has a regular worker already . She's a keeper.
