We cannot say enough about this agency , we had gone through several and had so many different types of things that were either unprofessional, or unaccountable with regards to schedule to outright not showing up for our dads care. Right at Home is a wonderful company. They listened to what I needed for my Mother and Sister and was able to deliver everything I asked for. The office communicated often with you letting you know who is coming and when. The Home Health aides that they sent were professional and hard workers - doing everything that they were asked. I would highly recommend using Right at Home.
I can’t say enough about the care that my mom received prior to her passing. Our caregiver was Emilia. She treated my mother with so much kindness and respect. She was easy to work with and kind to me as well! My mom deteriorated so quickly and Emilia went over and above the expectations we had for care. The gentle manner she treated my mom in her last days was a comfort to my brothers and I. I highly recommend Right at Home. They are responsive and make the process of caregiving to easy.
Nick & Cheryl are a great team to work with and I would recommend Right At Home for anyone with home health needs in the Ocean County area!
