I reached out to Right at Home in the midst of a family emergency; we needed homecare set up ASAP. After calling several agencies on the weekend and getting voicemails, I was relieved to receive a prompt call back directly from the owner of the company. I just had a phone call with Eileen and she provided me with so much helpful information even though I don't require the level of care at the current time. I feel so much better about things. She is was kind and compassionate.
Right at Home provided round-the-clock home health aides during my father’s home hospice. All of the aides and office staff (in particular aides Nadine, Michelda, Caurine and Ruth and Vicky and Gregg in the office) were excellent and made a very difficult time in our lives easier.
Right at Home was terrific in providing companionship and care to my mom while my dad was in the hospital. They were immediately responsive when I called and scheduled an aide for the dates and times I needed help. My mother felt cared for and supported by her wonderful aide. Thanks to Gregg, Eileen, and the team for all of your help! I'll be calling you again when we need help in the future.
